"I get it. Injuries can change everything; altering your identity, relationships, and job performance, even restricting your ability to enjoy your favourite hobbies. I’ve been there. That’s what inspired me to study rehabilitative exercise, sport psychology and the neuroplasticity of pain. I know the power of this decision you’re making right now and I want to help you figure out what works for you. Whether you’re dealing with acute injury, chronic pain, or other health conditions, movement is medicine for the mind and body. I offer exercise therapy, facilitated stretch and soft tissue release.  Let’s discover what resonates best with you, working with your natural strengths and interests. I want you to feel empowered, not only by having fun with exercise, but also through gaining self-management strategies. Let me support you towards improved health, fitness, injury recovery and pain management." - Priscilla de Souza

Priscilla is now available to book online for kinesiology appointments starting October 1, 2021. Kinesiology appointments may be covered by your benefits.
